The bottom line is that, I realised I am very ugly because I doesn't seem to have even one thing(appearance) that I can be proud of.

Lest you avoid me again like what you did every time after I blog about you.
Anyway........ I made a diet planner alr! Total consumption
I know it's too little because we need 2000 a day... What's more by sleeping/walking/typing/sitting/bathing... .... I am burning calories. So after burning the calories I should left with about 0. Lol. So I am going to cook
Calories intake today: 292 - calories burned in a day + 300 = 300
Not bad lah at least I won't faint because I'm not going for no carbo diet!!

1. No carbohydrate diet(the most common one)
It's just a myth.
You will lose a lot of weight at first within a short period of time, but the weight loss is gonna be short lived.
A lack of carbohydrates causes the body to go into survival mode, meaning that it will store and ration any food consumption. When a person who has been on such a diet begins to eat normal again, the body will store the food just in case there is another famine. This storage often leaves them in a worse state of obesity.

Just like me. There's once I tried this method around 2 years back. Diet for a week, total loss of 8kg. That's a lot huh. Then after a week, I go back to my normal diet and my weight shot up by 9kg. So that's a gain of one kg. Which defeats the purpose....
So, do you still wanna skip meals?

2. Optimal diet

I'm currently going for this now! Probably a combination of this, calorie deficit, and negative calorie diet. Next I'll talk bout calorie deficit!
3. Creating a calorie deficit
This works best. Depending if you are willing to exercise or not!
It is easier and healthier to cut back your calorie intake a little bit at a time. Every 3,500 calories is equivalent to one pound.
So, if you cut back 500 calories a day, you should lose about one pound per week. That said, If you exercise to burn off 500 calories a day you should lose approximately one pound per week. Do both, and ... you get the picture. Ideally, you should do a combination of both, (such as cut back 250 calories; burn an extra 250 calories).
Your weight loss will vary from week to week and at times you may even gain a little weight -- if you're working out you could be developing muscle, which weighs more than fat.
The long-term results are what matters.
Make the Cut(s)
With careful review, you will find ways to cut back those 250 calories a day: the milk in your cereal ... the can of soda you drink daily ... the butter on your toast.Making little changes like these will really add up in the long run.
Check the calorie content of the foods you recorded in your food diary on paper or keep your actual food diary online with About.com's Calorie Count. Pay attention to serving sizes -- if your portion consisted of two servings, be sure to double the calories. Use a measuring cup or scale to measure your portions until you learn to "eyeball" them.

3. Negative calorie diet
Well, enough said. Eat stuffs that are contain negative calorie! Like carrots, celery, apples, lettuce....... ..... Maybe mix it with steamed chicken breast or steamed fish at times because we needs carbohydrate!!
EG: breakfast- 2 apples, lunch- carrots and celery soup, dinner- lettuce with steamed chicken breast! Total calorie intake: 200 kcals only. The right amount we have to take is actually 2000 kcal. But as you know I'm really impatient enough hahaha. Don't follow what I'm doing k.
4. Planner (IMPORTANT)
Yes, this is a diet PLAN as well. Get a diary. Plan your diet. It works. Prepare spreadsheet with tons of meals written out on them. Like plan a week before the week starts?
Like one column for the food that you are eating, amount of food(the serving), amount of calories(do the calculation first!!!), macro nutrient found in the food, amount of carbo..... Probably can write a note after each day's plan. Like plan the exercise you wanna do!
Maybe today swimming and jogging the following day. Most importantly, calculate how much calories you can burn from that particular exercise. Calorie deficit, remember? ^^

WA BLOODY HELL.
I was 49kg a week back and guess what. I just weighed myself and I am 43kg now. Is this abnormal or normal?

Of course serious. I ran 2.4 today during PE all alone. Hehehe.
Anyway I think I ate too much sandwiches today :( 4!!! Okay maybe that's not considered a lot lah. But to a dieting person I think it's a lot!
Need to even take our temperature before I step into my vocal class. Lol so funny. Zul was in my school today! Hehe Rocky coming to my school on every Tuesday! Rocky like my new hair. Everyone like my new hair. But I don't like leh. I look 5 years younger....

I definitely need to highlight this. Today inside the train this hot guy kept looking at me. So I thought he's totally checking me out. Then I happily look into the mirror. There's chocolate all over my mouth. Seriously I wanna dig a hole and hide in there at that point of time.
Dieting
By the way I'm very very proud of myself.
Day 1 of dieting(CRASHED)
Breakfast: Laksa
Afternoon: Porridge
Dinner: Laksa
Day 2 of dieting
Breakfast: Sandwiches
Lunch: Porridge
Dinner: Cucumbers + Apples + Carrot juice
Exercise for the day: Jumping jet 30 times, sit up 10 times(lol but I am very bad at sit ups....)
Day 3 of dieting(which is today)
Breakfast: Cucumbers + Bananas + Apple + Sandwich
Lunch: I'm going to eat porridge now hehe
Dinner: tao huay for dinner later!
Exercise for the day: Crunches 100 times + 2.4km run + Push up 20 times
YAY DIET VERY SUCCESSFUL TILL NOW ^^
Errr but day 1 to 3 I ate a lot of durians. Is durian fattening?
AIM: I want back my 23 inch waist and lose 1-2 inch on my arms and at least 2-3 inch on my thighs!!!!!!! Most importantly, my face hehehe. No more underarm fats or double chin!!
